Little Saints
The Unordinary Awaits
Welcome to an experience better than your imagination.
The Challenge
Little Saints founder, Megan Klein, was tired of the negative effects of alcohol and wanted to create a brand that didn’t just make you feel good, but made you feel better. Her love of plants led her to dive head first into plants and herbs that could give one a better relaxed and fun feeling than booze. Mushrooms such as reishi and lion’s mane became central to each recipe blended with other unique ingredients such as terpenes, Palo Santo and Damiana.
The Solution
We wanted the look to feel different, alluring, dare we say even cultish. We took inspiration from classic religious icons (Halo, Gothic arch, chalice) and created an iconic central arch containing a mushroom shape and the product ingredients to lure one's eye. The mono-weight line illustrations add a delicate sophistication and the mint green creates a strong brand block. We incorporated a metallic effect within the design in the central crest background color to add dimension.
The Spirits carry the crest theme through, but with distinctive chalices within the mushroom shape. Silver foil accents and gothic typography elevate the overall aesthetic.
In the off-pack brand world, we wanted to develop a world of intrigue. We began thinking of Little Saints as a private boutique hotel. Who would work there? What would it look like? This idea got us looking and illustrations within the fashion world. With the help of AI, Photoshop and our own illustration skills, we developed characters that inhabit the Little Saints world.
